Shana is Motte's pro-active organiser and property showcaser. Learning all there is to know about each of the properties and the market, Shana works with landlords and tenants to quickly and efficiently achieve mutual goals.

Amit works tirelessly on identifying and acquiring development opportunities for Motte Properties. Given the ever changing economical climate, his previous role in the City as a deal maker has allowed him to source new acquisition opportunities: including land, existing assets with redevelopment potential and turnkey transactions. Many of the commercial and residential properties available are Motte investments with long term strategies. However, Amit also sources from other landlords in the rent to rent market.
